Utilities
All utilities are paid for by the Whitcomb, except for your personal phone. Each apartment includes heat and air conditioning which you may adjust to your preference.

Meals
Each apartment includes 3 nutritious meals each day, served restaurant-style. A resident can request a meal tray be delivered to their room if they wish. Coffee and snacks are also available.

Housekeeping
Just like at a 4-star hotel, we take care of the cleaning and linens, so you don't have to.

Parking
For residents with a car, we have a gated, off-street parking lot solely for you.
